2021

  • SODIS Lab has launched several software solutions, including construction management platform SODIS Building CM, facility management platform SODIS Building FM and SODIS Document Management system.
  • SODIS Lab has launched cloud platform SODIS.IO, which provides online access to monitoring data of load-bearing structures of buildings at any stage of construction and exploitation. The solution allows to use of mobile devices for connection and does not require the deployment of a full-fledged IT infrastructure on the construction site.
  • SODIS Lab has been certified and received the status of an official reseller of Autodesk in Russia. Company supplied Autodesk software products included in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC Collection) and other solutions.
  • SODIS Lab has implemented a structural health monitoring system (SHM) for the GES-2 House of Culture. The facility has a network of sensors, which includes 46 tiltmeters, 7 accelerometers, and 96 strain gauges connected to the online platform SODIS Building M.
  • SODIS Lab has implemented a structural health monitoring system (SHM) for the Paveletskaya Plaza. This is a unique underground shopping and entertainment center located near Paveletsky train station in Moscow. The customer was the biggest Turkish construction company Ant Yapi.
  • SODIS Lab has implemented a structural health monitoring system (SHM) for the Sberbank Technopark in Skolkovo Innovation Center using the LoRaWAN wireless network.
  • SODIS Lab is recognized as the best BIM company in Russia in 2021 (according to Autodesk experts).
2020
  • SODIS Lab has implemented a structural health monitoring system (SHM) for the first large-panel building in Russia with a height of more than 100 meters of the PIK company.
  • SODIS Lab attracted investments from the Industry 4.0 Fund, created with the participation of the Rostec State Corporation. Investments will be directed to the development of new products, marketing, and sales development.
  • SODIS Lab has implemented a structural health monitoring system (SHM) for the Pavlovsky hydroelectric complex on the Ufa River (Bashkortostan) — the highest-pressure gateway in Europe.
  • The SODIS Lab project “A software platform for creating digital twins of buildings based on the technology of integrating mathematical models and online monitoring results” was recognized as innovative and received a positive conclusion from the Skolkovo Foundation.
  • SODIS Lab is recognized as the best BIM company in Russia in 2020 (according to Autodesk experts).

2018
  • SODIS LAB has finished implementation of security services for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia stadiums. Thank-you letter from the Minister of Sport
  • SODIS LAB has finished implementation of monitoring system for “Lakhta Center” (Saint Petersburg) — the tallest building in Europe. More information about this can be found in the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Science magazine.
  • SODIS LAB has finished implementation of monitoring system for the stress-strain state of the supporting structures of the “Beryozovskaya” state district power station.
  • SODIS LAB has been chosen as BIM integrator by the international hypermarket chain “Hyperglobus”
  • SODIS LAB digital technologies in the construction have been awarded with the first Russian national award “Digital Apex”, which awarded to the companies that developed the best efficiency solutions nationally.
  • SODIS LAB is announced as the best Russian BIM company of 2018 (according to Autodesk experts)
